Indemnification and Limitation of Liability
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Custom Packaging Pro UK, together with its directors, officers, employees, representatives, agents, suppliers, vendors, subcontractors, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with any claim, action, arbitration, or proceeding resulting from your actions, instructions, materials, or alleged misconduct. This includes, without limitation, claims relating to content or specifications supplied by you or the production of printed products manufactured in accordance with your order.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Custom Packaging Pro UK shall not be liable for any accident, injury, death, loss, claim, or damage of any kind, including indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, whether suffered by you or any third party, arising from or connected with the use of this website or reliance on any information provided through it, even where the possibility of such damages has been advised.
In all circumstances, and without prejudice to any statutory rights that cannot be excluded, the total aggregate liability of Custom Packaging Pro UK to you for any and all claims, losses, damages, or causes of action, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise, shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by you to Custom Packaging Pro UK in respect of the specific order or service giving rise to the claim.
Return & Replacement Policy
If you believe that the items delivered to you are defective or do not comply with the approved specifications, you must notify us within three business days from the date you receive your order. As all products are made to order and customized specifically for each client, they cannot be resold. For this reason, monetary refunds are not offered.
In the event of a confirmed manufacturing defect, we will arrange a replacement of the original order only. All claims are subject to review and approval by our management team.
To proceed with a replacement request, customers are required to provide clear photos and videos as an evidence of the defect and return the defective items to our facility within seven business days at their own expense.
Defective items must not be used and should be returned in their received condition.
Please note that order cancellations may be subject to refund processing or transaction fees. Additionally, any orders placed under rush or expedited production timelines are strictly non-refundable, including associated service charges.
Payment, Order Placement and Cancellations
All prices quoted on our website are in GBP, and all transactions shall be processed in GBP. Production will commence only after full payment of the total order value has been received by the company. This total amount includes, where applicable, taxes, shipping charges, design fees (if any), and any other associated costs, regardless of the payment method used.
To place an order, the client is required to review and approve the final electronic specification sheet detailing the printing products or services purchased. By providing final approval, the client confirms that all specifications, quantities, designs, and requirements are correct. Production will begin only after such approval has been received. Once an order has been approved and released into production, no amendments may be made to the design, specifications, production timeline, or any other aspect of the order.
Alternatively, the client may request cancellation within 12 hours of initial order placement, in which case 35% of the total order value will be charged to cover materials, labour, and resources already allocated to the order.
Cancellation requests submitted after12 hours are not guaranteed and may be declined at the company’s discretion, depending on the stage of production.
No Liability for Errors
Custom Packaging Pro UK shall not be held responsible for any errors or defects arising from approved artwork or specifications. It is the client’s responsibility to carefully review and verify all content, including spelling, grammar, layout, dimensions, and design elements, prior to granting final approval.
Once approval has been provided, Custom Packaging Pro UK accepts no liability for errors or issues including, but not limited to, typographical mistakes, grammatical errors, incorrect graphics, corrupted or damaged fonts, punctuation errors, transparency or overprint issues, improper layouts, bleed settings, incorrect cut, fold, die, or crop lines, inaccurate sizing, or any other artwork-related inaccuracies.
Custom Packaging Pro UK shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or liability arising from the use of its packaging products or services. It is the Client’s sole responsibility to ensure that the packaging materials supplied are fit for their intended purpose and comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Overruns and Underruns
It is standard industry practice for the final delivered quantity to vary by up to 5% above or below the quantity ordered. Notwithstanding this tolerance, Custom Packaging Pro UK endeavours to supply the exact quantity ordered and may, at its discretion, include additional units at no extra charge.
Ownership and Responsibility
You retain ownership of any User Content you submit to Custom Packaging Pro UK. By submitting user content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license. However, it reproduces, modifies, adapts, publishes, translates, distributes, and displays your content to provide our packaging services.
Production and Delivery
The production schedule shall be communicated to the client at the time of order confirmation. While every effort is made to adhere to the agreed production timeline, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, for which company shall not be held liable.
Custom Packaging Pro UK is responsible for ensuring that packaging products meet agreed quality standards at the point of dispatch. Upon receipt of the goods, the Client is responsible for promptly inspecting the delivery and notifying the company of any defects or discrepancies in accordance with the company’s returns and claims procedures.
Custom Packaging Pro UK shall use commercially reasonable endeavours to deliver the packaging materials within the agreed timeframe. However, the Custom Packaging Pro UK shall not be liable for delays in delivery arising from third-party carriers, customs clearance, force majeure events, or any other external factors beyond the company’s control.

By using our website, you acknowledge and know that all trademarks, logos, content, data, images, graphics, illustrations, maps, icons, and all the other content collectively termed "Our website Content" are the property of Custompackagingpro.co.uk.
