Orders & Authority

By placing an order, you confirm that you have the legal authority and necessary rights to do so, and that you are of legal age and capable of entering into a binding agreement. All products are custom-made based on the specifications, materials, and information provided by you, and you are responsible for ensuring that all submitted content and instructions are accurate and lawful.

Indemnification & Limitation of Liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Custom Packaging Pro UK, including its employees, affiliates, and partners, from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your actions, submitted content, or misuse of our services, including claims related to materials, designs, or specifications provided by you. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages, and in all cases our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid for the specific order or service related to the claim.

Returns & Replacement Policy

If you receive defective or incorrect items, you must notify us within three business days of delivery. As all products are custom-made, they cannot be resold and refunds are not offered. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement of the original order, and all claims are subject to review and approval by our management team.

To proceed with a replacement request, you must provide clear photo or video evidence and return the defective items within seven business days at your own expense, and items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Orders placed under rush or expedited production timelines are strictly non-refundable.

Payments, Orders & Cancellations

All prices are listed in GBP, and payments are processed in GBP. Production will begin only after full payment has been received, including any applicable taxes, shipping charges, design fees, and additional costs. Before production begins, you are required to review and approve the final specification sheet, and once approved, no changes can be made to the design, specifications, or production timeline.

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, subject to a 35% charge to cover initial costs, while cancellation requests made after this period are not guaranteed and may be declined depending on the production stage.

No Liability for Errors

It is your responsibility to carefully review all artwork and specifications before approval. We are not responsible for any errors in approved files, including spelling, grammar, design, layout, dimensions, or formatting issues, and this includes issues such as incorrect graphics, font problems, punctuation errors, or printing inaccuracies. Once approval is given, all responsibility for such errors rests with the client, and you must also ensure that all packaging materials comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Overruns & Underruns

Due to standard industry practices, the final delivered quantity may vary by up to 5% above or below the ordered amount, and while we aim to deliver the exact quantity, we may include additional units at no extra cost.

Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit; however, by submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute that content for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

Production & Delivery

Production timelines are communicated at the time of order confirmation, and while we make every effort to meet deadlines, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. We ensure product quality at the time of dispatch, and upon receiving your order, you are responsible for inspecting the items and reporting any issues in accordance with our policy. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, customs processes, or other external factors.
